Nestled within Perth, Western Australia, Meath Care orchestrates its operations across two residential aged care facilities and three meticulously crafted retirement villages, meticulously designed to cater to the nuanced needs of the elderly community.

Meath Care’s rich legacy traces its roots back to the Ministering Children’s League, a noble initiative founded in England in 1884 by the illustrious Lady Brabazon, later to become the Countess of Meath. This remarkable lineage extended its branches to Perth, culminating in the establishment of the Ministering Children’s League Convalescent Home in Cottesloe in 1912. Subsequent economic challenges led to the Anglican Church’s involvement as Trustees, safeguarding the League’s assets and setting the stage for future endeavors in aged care.

The monumental transformation commenced in 1963, paving the way for significant upgrades that enhanced the quality of life for residents. Over time, Meath Care expanded its footprint by acquiring new sites and developing comprehensive facilities that integrate high-quality aged care and independent living accommodations.
