Welcome to ZZ Auto Wreckers

By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to ZZ Auto Wreckers.

  • “You”, “Your” refers to the customer or the person using our services.

  • “Vehicle” means any motor vehicle (car, van, truck, 4×4, etc.) that you wish to sell, scrap, or hand over to us.

  • “Services” includes vehicle valuation, vehicle removal / pickup, scrapping, dismantling, recycling, and payment.

2. Services Provided

  • We offer vehicle pickup/removal services for unwanted, scrap, damaged, or non-running vehicles.

  • We pay cash (or mutually agreed payment) for vehicles, based on a quoted valuation.

  • We handle environmentally responsible dismantling and recycling of vehicle parts, as per our internal processes.

  • We may assist with any legal or documentation steps required for scrapping (depending on jurisdiction).

3. Eligibility / Customer Obligations

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or as per local law) to avail of our services.

  • You must be the lawful owner of the Vehicle, or have explicit written authorization from the owner to sell / scrap the Vehicle.

  • You must provide valid identification and proof of ownership (e.g., registration documents, RC book).

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about the Vehicle (make, model, year, condition, any known damage / issues).

  • You must remove all personal belongings from the Vehicle before it is picked up by us. We are not responsible for any items left in the Vehicle after removal.

4. Quote, Valuation, and Payment

  • We will provide you a quote / valuation for your Vehicle based on the information you give us.

  • The quote is an indicative offer, subject to final inspection. After physical inspection, the final cash offer may be adjusted.

  • Payment will be made once we have taken possession of the Vehicle and completed any necessary checks (ownership, documents).

  • The mode of payment (cash, bank transfer, cheque, etc.) will be mutually agreed at the time of transaction.

5. Pickup / Removal

  • Once you accept our offer, we will schedule a pickup / removal of the Vehicle.

  • The pickup may be free or may involve a cost (depending on location / our policy) — to be clearly communicated before confirmation.

  • You agree to make the Vehicle accessible for pickup at the agreed location and time.

6. Transfer of Ownership

  • At the time of pickup, you must complete the transfer of ownership / sign any documents required to legally transfer the Vehicle to us.

  • We may require you to hand over the Vehicle registration certificate, keys, and any other relevant documents.

  • Once payment is made and the Vehicle is removed, ownership passes to ZZ Auto Wreckers.

7. Risk and Liability

  • Until the Vehicle is removed by us, the risk of loss, damage, or theft remains with you.

  • We are not liable for any personal belongings left in the Vehicle after pickup.

  • We make no warranties (express or implied) about the future use, resale, or recycling of parts of the Vehicle.

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of income, data loss) arising from the use of our Services.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (text, images, logos, graphics) is our property or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy

  • We collect, store, and use your personal data (name, contact, vehicle details, etc.) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using our Services, you consent to this collection and use of information.

  • We may share your information with third parties (e.g., transport / towing partners) strictly to facilitate the Services.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.

  • Any changes will be effective from the time they are posted on our website.

  • Your continued use of our Services after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government orders, etc.).

12. Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
